I would give Tails a ten but nearly nothing gets a 10. Ten is perfection. That said Tails has come a long, long way and is way way better. I started with the 1.x versions. Today Tails is stablier, faster I think and beyond easy to upgrade. And now one can install the software you need to use Tails daily. I have Pychess installed for those times
